The Potomac School

The Spangler Center for Athletics and Community at the Potomac School in McLean, VA will give the school the ability to provide amenities for their students for years to come. Edison provided complete HVAC and automation controls, including VFD and plant wiring. Factory interlock wiring for steam generators and boilers, as well as VAV wiring for nearly 40 units and supporting air handling equipment. This project also included a gymnasium, squash courts, and physical rehabilitation space.

Complete tenant fit out for new office space with VAV controls. Existing pneumatic controls were replaced with DDC system to allow building engineers to monitor and maintain the space.
